At Forward. Apparel Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your experience with us is positive.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
3. Return Process
- To start a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@forwardapparelcompany.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
- Securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including the original packing slip. If you no longer have the packing slip, please include a note with your order number and the reason for your return.

4. Refunds
- Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approved returns will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at returns@forwardapparelcompany.com and send your item to: Forward.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@forwardapparelcompany.com
7. Return Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
